VEGO VIETNAM was founded in 2007, is headquartered in Guangdong Province, China, and owns a 20,000 m² factory. It is the world’s earliest and most professional manufacturer of titanium nitride automotive film, with core professional grinding equipment, advanced coating equipment and a research and development team with more than 15 years of experience.
Over more than a decade we have built strong, long-term partnerships with well-known raw material suppliers from the United States, Germany and Japan, and we are highly regarded by customers in many countries. 02 · Automotive paint protection film
The coating on our paint protection film uses third-generation Kasoo from Japan, with more stable and superior self-healing, stain-resistant and hydrophobic functions.
The substrate is optical-grade aliphatic TPU made from well-known raw materials such as Lubrizol, BASF and Kostron. It has good durability, is easy to install and resists yellowing better, making the film last longer.
The adhesive is an exclusive custom version of Henkel and Bosch (ASL) pressure-sensitive adhesive, which makes the product easier to install, stops it peeling and does not damage the vehicle’s paint.

03 · Building film
The new generation of optical-grade building film is developed with an exclusive formula (titanium nitride + tungsten oxide + chromium, nickel, silver and other metals) combined with nano ceramic. The film protects privacy from the outside, keeps ultra-high definition from the inside, insulates strongly against heat and provides a degree of shatter-resistant safety.
Most importantly, the product can be covered by a 10-year or even lifetime warranty, giving customers a better experience and a lifetime assurance for the partnership.
The film type must be selected according to the glass construction to limit the risk of thermal shock. The final warranty period follows the SKU on the activated warranty card.

04 · TPU PPF Vinyl wraps
The most direct and effective way to refresh a car is to wrap it in film.
TPU color-change film combines the functions of color-change film and paint protection film: it looks good and it protects, meeting the varied needs of car owners and giving them the best of both worlds.
Unlike traditional color-change film, it uses a new-generation heat-healing coating that is highly hydrophobic and resistant to oil and staining. It stands up to minor impacts, blown sand and flying stones, and it heals itself when scratches meet heat.
The substrate is a dedicated cast film that stretches easily and fits perfectly even on an integrated roof, the hardest area to wrap. The optical-grade aliphatic TPU base gains an extra layer of reinforced polymer-modified resin (the color layer), which gives the film very high color payoff with no yellowing or fading over a long period.
To solve the adhesive marks left by earlier PVC color-change film, the product uses Ashland silicone-modified acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive and a distinctive honeycomb air-release process in its structure. The film can be installed wet or dry, which greatly improves speed. The whole process needs no water or heat gun, and a full car can be installed in as little as half an hour. The construction is simple but offers excellent initial tack and high peel strength, with no more air bubbles and a firm grip across the whole vehicle.
Color-change film protects the whole car while delivering both aesthetics and fashion. It meets the personal needs of the vast majority of owners and is sure to appeal to younger drivers.
